Mr. Kaufman is the Chief Market Analyst at Phoenix Financial Services in New York City.

Mr. Kaufman is regularly in the media and has been interviewed on the Nightly Business Report, FOX Business News, CNBC, and the British Broadcasting Corporation, as well as being quoted by Reuters, the Wall Street Journal, and Barron's.

He is a member of the MTA (Market Technicians Association) and holds a CMT (Chartered Market Technician) designation from the MTA. Mr. Kaufman has taught level 3 of the MTA’s three-level online course for CMT candidates.
